DOXA DIGITAL

AI operations partner — Cape Town

Everyone knows AI can help. Nobody knows with what.

That's our job. We look at how your business actually runs, name the parts worth changing, then build them — workflow, website, app, or the quiet automation behind all three.

Instrument 01

Where does your week go?

Tick what eats your team's time. Adjust the hours if ours are wrong. Everything is worked out in your browser — nothing is sent anywhere, nothing is stored.

What eats the week 46 wks / yr
R150

Estimated annual cost

R 110 400

16.0 hours a week, costed at R150 an hour over 46 working weeks.

Per week R 2 400 Per month R 9 200

An estimate from the numbers you entered — not a quote and not a measurement. The starting hours are our own estimates from South African operations work. We'd spend two days watching the actual work before saying anything firmer.

The build

This is what "we build it" actually means

Not a black box. Here is the function that turns a customer's WhatsApp message into a priced quote — the real shape of it, on Claude Opus 5, in the same plain JavaScript we hand over at week six.

What it plugs into

The software you already pay for

Most South African businesses are not short of systems. They are short of wiring between them. Pick anything below to see what a bridge to it actually looks like — and where one isn't possible.

Marks belong to their owners and appear here to say what we connect to, nothing more. What each one exposes is what its vendor documents publicly, as at September 2026 — we check it against your own account before quoting, never off this page.

Where it gets harder — said up front

Sage Pastel Partner

The desktop ledger has no hosted API. We schedule an export and read that, which works — and is slower and more brittle than a hosted one. It breaks when somebody renames a file.

SARS eFiling & CIPC

Portals, with no general public API. We do not automate submissions and we never touch your credentials. Anyone offering automated SARS filing is describing a screen-scraper holding your login.

WhatsApp Business

A full API, but template approval and opt-in rules apply and carry real penalties. It is the one most people get wrong, so we set that part up properly before a single message goes out.

Services

What we actually build

One team for the operations layer: the process, the site it runs on, the app your staff hold, and the AI doing the dull part.

/01

Operations & workflow

We map how the work moves today, then rebuild the parts that leak time — approvals, quoting, scheduling, handovers. You get the ranked list before anyone writes code.

/02

Websites that do the work

Not a brochure. Sites wired into your quoting, bookings and stock, so a visitor becomes a job in your system without anyone retyping it.

/03

Apps & internal tools

The tool your team opens every day: job cards on a phone, an ops dashboard, a customer portal. Built for your process, not a template's.

/04

AI, made understandable

The part most agencies skip: showing your people what the AI does, where it stops, and who to call when it's wrong. Plain language, your own work, no vocabulary test.

Method

Understand, then build

Six weeks from first conversation to something running in your business. If it isn't earning its keep, we stop.

Week 1—2

Understand

We shadow the work. Where does the day leak? Which task does everyone quietly dread? That's the brief — not a wishlist of AI features.

The instrument above is this week, compressed. The real version has us sitting next to the people doing the job.

Week 3—5

Build one thing

One workflow, site or tool, built in the open and running for real with the people who'll use it — not a pilot in a sandbox.

One thing, finished, in use. Not four things at eighty per cent.

Week 6 →

Hand over

Documented, owned by you, explainable by your team. A monthly care plan if you want one. No hostage keys, no black boxes.

  • How it works, in plain words
  • Accounts & keys in your name
  • What to do when it's wrong
  • Who to call, and when

Terms

Commitments, not statistics

These are the terms of the engagement, not a performance claim. All three go in writing before you pay anything.

6 weeks
First conversation to something running in your business.
Day 35
If it isn't earning its keep by then, we stop and say so.
Day 1
Accounts, keys and code in your name, from the start.

Talk to us

Close the gap.

Tell us the part of your operation that costs you the most time. Thirty minutes, no deck, no obligation. Bring the number from the instrument above if you ran it.
